How do I get started?

To get started, schedule a free 15 minute consultation. During this time, we will get a chance to get to know each other. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, my style as a therapist and answer any questions. If you feel we are a good fit, we will book your first appointment.

How long is a therapy session?

60 minutes

Can I see you in person?

Yes! I am located in Vestavia, right off Highway 31 and I-65.

Can I see you virtually?

Yes! I also see patients virtually.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an in network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Viva and Medicare

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 business hours of your appointment. I understand that issues such as sickness, childcare issues, and emergencies happen. There will be a full session charge if you don’t cancel within 24 business hours of your appointment.
